The Role

  • Provide technical help desk support to Polaris off road vehicle dealers, Indian Motorcycle dealers and customers.
  • Process dealer warranty authorisations and adjudicate warranty claims

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Trade qualified
  • Great customer service ethic, high desire to serve and help others
  • Expert knowledge of and experience with ATVs, side by sides and motorcycles
  • Demonstrated technical support experience - can quickly diagnose and resolve product concerns
  • Attention to detail, strong written / verbal skills - can articulate technical detail at all levels
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
  • OEM or dealer level warranty administration experience
  • Full motorcycle license (desirable)
